Those figures have fueled suspicion that financial controversies are being concealed behind the scenes. Meanwhile, the Texans organization has remained silent, allowing tensions to continue rising. Analysts now believe this is no longer simply a financial dispute. It has become a direct clash between private ownership rights and political authority in professional sports.
